The Empire State Outdoor Sportsmen’s Show comes to Suffern for a four day run from February 29 through March 3. The show features the latest in outdoor gear, educational opportunities, and family fun for all ages, as well as the latest and greatest gear for serious sportsmen and women. For the avid angler, the sportfishing section features top manufacturers providing insights into their latest gear and equipment – then stop by the local retailers at the show to purchase new equipment. Expert demonstrations and seminars are scheduled throughout the weekend, including top bass anglers and saltwater captains.
It is located at SUNY Rockland Community College Field House, 145 College Road in Suffern, NY. Show hours are 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is $12 for adults with a $2 coupon available and free for children under the age of 16 along with all women.
