The Great Gun Anglers 14th Annual Casey Mehlinger Memorial Striped Bass Tournament is being held from Wednesday, October 21 through Sunday, October 25. There will be a BBQ and Awards Ceremony at 12 noon on October 25 at Harts Cove Bait and Tackle. There will be cash awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, with 50 percent for 1st, 30 percent for 2nd and 20 percent for 3rd after deducting 20 percent for operating expenses. The entry fee is $50 per angler. A captains meeting is being held 7 p.m. on October 21 at the VFW Hall on Main Street in Center Moriches, including raffles and a 50/50.
