The Lindenhurst Fall Fishing Flea Market will return on Sunday, November 29, 2026, continuing its tradition in fond memory of George Rovnak. The event will take place at the Firemen’s Pavilion, located at 555 Heiling Boulevard at Hartford Street in Lindenhurst, Long Island.
Anglers can browse a wide variety of saltwater and freshwater fishing tackle, with plenty of great deals to be found. New, used, antique and custom fishing tackle, along with boating equipment and accessories, will be available for purchase. Door prizes, including rods, reels, tackle and more, will be awarded every hour throughout the event. Food and refreshments will also be available, courtesy of the Firemen’s Pavilion.
Show hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with admission set at just $5. Children under 12 are admitted free.

Directions: Take the Southern State Parkway to Exit 35 (Wellwood Avenue). Continue on Wellwood Avenue to Hartford Street and make a left. Travel one block and turn left at the stop sign into Firemen’s Park. Follow the right fork to the pavilion and parking area.
