Striped bass action keeps getting better, we’re seeing the first schoolies on the Cape and Vineyard, lots of movement on fish up to slot size in Rhode Island and fish to 40 inches out in western Long Island Sound. Togging is also coming to life with some larger fish this week and more consistent action across the board. For the freshwater guys, there are broodstock browns being stocked in Massachusetts and it’s been a big week for freshwater bass with smallies to 6 pounds and largemouths over 7 to talk about in this week’s report!
