It’s been a week of unpredictable weather, with everything from driving wind and sideways rain to temps in the 70s with bright sun and gentle breezes. The recent windy trend has forced RI toggers into the bay over the last week and the results have been pretty solid. The best striper fishing has been in Connecticut, and surfcasters have been doing most of the damage there. Albies are still available with the most reliable fishing coming from Martha’s Vineyard.
