Riding The Weakfish Wave - The Fisherman

Riding The Weakfish Wave

If you have been following along with The Fisherman Magazine reports in the last month you’re well aware of the excellent weakfishing that has been taking place on both shores of the island and right in between the forks in Peconic Bay. It also seems like the upward trend in size has continued for the species with more frequent catches of fish around 10 pounds making their way into print. The fishing should continue into the month of June so grab your favorite weakfish soft plastic or bait and give them a go!
