The Fisherman Magazine Weekend Video Forecast 2/10/2022 – New England
It’s been a banner week for big pike through the ice and none of them bigger than the estimated 25-pounder iced by James Jones. We’re hearing about big catches from Maine to Connecticut; ice fishing really seems to be exploding in popularity this winter. Ice action is winding down fast on Cape Cod where open water action will likely resume in the next 5 to 10 days. Holdover striper action is on hold thanks to shifty ice. The headboats were able to make a few runs this week, tune in to find out how they made out. Just because it’s February, doesn’t mean the fishing has to go cold!
