fishing continues across New England. Safe ice is retreating, but there is still plenty on ponds outside of 15 miles from the coast. Open water fishing has resumed on coastal ponds in MA, RI and CT with the best catches coming from Cape Cod. Holdover striped bass are also showing signs of reawakening, spring will win this battle, it’s just going to take a little time.
