The Fisherman Magazine Weekend Video Forecast 6/24/2021 – New England
This week football tuna have crashed the scene from The Claw to Coxes to Butterfish Hole. Weather windows have been dicey but just about everyone I’ve spoken to that has gone out has hooked up. Big stripers are holed up under the herring schools in Cape Cod Bay, on the ledge at Block, in the Connecticut River and another push is materializing in the western Sound. The Nantucket Shoals continue to pump out PB fluke at an alarming rate. Sea bass opens in Rhode Island this week and all indications point to a hot start there. There’s a lot going on in New England fishing this week, where are you headed?
