The striper train keeps on coming, and this week we’ve seen 40-pounders knocking on the door in Boston Harbor, and fish approaching the magic 50-pound barrier in both Narragansett Bay and western Long Island Sound. Togging is still producing good catches in Rhode Island, but you only have a few days left to cash in before the season closes for two months. Scup action has rapidly come to a boil in Nantucket Sound with Rhody waters quickly catching up. Freshwater anglers have reported some incredible largemouth bass action this week as well, and it looks like we have a nice weekend on tap, make it count!
