After the Memorial Day weekend washout, we’re looking at a better forecast for this final weekend of May, 2026. And we lead off that weekend video fishing forecast with a look at black drum on the beach, as far north as Staten Island now according to the latest reports. New bluefin regs go into effect on Monday, June 1 – two to start from 27 to <73 inches (one from 47 to <73 inches) for angling category permit holders.
