
The striper bite really came to life over the past week and it seems like everyone is catching them, from the Cape to Connecticut, from Narragansett Bay to Buzzards Bay, the bass bite is on. Tog catches have continued to hold their own in Rhode Island with some solid shore fish reported and a few double-digit boat fish as well. Flounder catches have been looking good from Quincy to the Cape. And freshwater fishers are crushing the largemouth bass, hooking impressive smallies at Wachusett and landing lots of stockie trout across the region
