STRIPED BASS: NO CLOSED SEASON, 1 FISH, 28 –

LESS THAN 35 INCHES.

WINTER FLOUNDER: NO CLOSED SEASON, 12-INCH

MINIMUM, 2 FISH PER PERSON.
