Merry Christmas To All! Last Shot of Sea Bass

The last days of this year’s tog season saw consistent results on the ocean reefs and Montauk bottom grounds. Officially, the last day will be the 22nd. Sea bassing in the deeper water off the South Shore and at the end of the island both saw good results when the fleet was able to get out between the winds. Some cod, ling, and porgies were mixed in on most trips. Remember, you’ll be able to take advantage of those deep-water sea bass until the end of the month.
