We hope you finished most of your holiday shopping and we’re able to find that perfect fishing gift for an angler you know. While tog fishing in all waters has officially ended, sea bass is still open to the end of the month and several party and charter boats will be sailing for them until then. Mixed in are cod, pollock and porgies. If you’re looking a quicker option, freshwater lakes are a great pick for largemouths and pickerel while tidal rivers continue to host good white perch fishing. We’ll be checking back in after Christmas. Maybe some of you will find that new boat under the tree this year. Have a great holiday weekend.
