This past week was a bit different from the one prior when it came to the weather. Wind and colder temperatures were the pattern but if you braved the conditions, you would of found some great fishing which included stripers from the surf on the western end of the island, tog and sea bass consistent for those who were able to get out of Montauk on a party or charter boat and a North Fork mix of albies, stripers, bluefish and blackfish.
