What you’re seeing is the famous ‘porgy chomp’ a signature move of the crew of Rock and Roll Charters running out of Clinton, CT. The porgy action has been amazing from shore and boat along the entire coast of the Nutmeg State this week. But that’s not all, the inshore bonito action continued with excellent reports from Nantucket Sound and Rhode Island. Canyon runs yielded bluefin, yellowfin, bigeye, swordfish and mahi. Striper action has been solid throughout much of the region, with a bullseye on Cape Cod and the New Hampshire coast. It’s summer fishing at its finest, get out there and cash in!
