We’re at RipTide on The Rock for this week’s video fishing forecast, ushering in the final weekend of March of ’26 with scenes of wheeling and diving birds just outside of Absecon Inlet, the arrival of what would appear to be herring or bunker schools along the Jersey Coast. We kick off the week with a reminder about the Thursday, March 26th meeting of the New Jersey Marine Fisheries Council in Manahawkin at 5 p.m. to finalize black sea bass regulations. We’ll also break down the striper action in New Jersey 26 days into this ’26 outback striper season with share pics of larger fish, and a look at optimum water temps for the striper spawn, and the bite.
