The long-anticipated fluke and porgy regulations have finally been announced by the New York State DEC. Fluke will see a three fish bag limit at a 19-inch minimum size from May 4 – August. Then, from August 2 – October 15, the size limit will increase to 19-1/2 inches. Scup will only see a 10-1/2 to 11 inch-minimum size limit increase for vessel-based anglers.
