Coming off another Marine Resource Advisory Council meeting earlier in the week, the survey results from a recent DEC survey were discussed on fluke and scup. While scup is in the books for 2024-2025, fluke regs are still up in the air. Very mild February temperatures present a great opportunity for those looking to scratch the fishing itch to get out and give the salt or fresh a shot with some viable options on both ends.
