In the past week, we’ve seen increased striper movement on the western portion of the island (north and south shore). Small soft plastics and swimming plugs have been getting the job done with the early arrivals. Some cod trips took place during the week for fair catches and a few more are expected in the near future. Keep on the alert for upcoming trout stockings as well.
