More Offshore Reports & Beach and Park Updates
Eastern offshore fishing out of Montauk is now seeing all types of tuna with some marlin and wahoo possibilities mixed in. Closer inshore, bluefish at the end remained thick. Montauk fluke fishing saw another week of productivity while the South Shore bays had their fair share of action with fluke but not the caliber of size that the eastern grounds did. The West End of the island had sporadic bluefin popping up and steadier cobia reports up to 60 pounds. Porgies remain plentiful throughout the sound with the occasional big striper showing itself on that side of the island also.
