The first passing glance of a tropical system races through the region this week; but as of Thursday morning, August 8th, it appears the remnants of Tropical Storm Debby will remain well west of the Jersey Shore and should clear out quickly on Saturday. We lead off the weekly forecast by looking over the storm tracking coupled with NOAA Marine Weather outlooks to get a better idea of when things will normalize. And with winds expected to turn offshore Saturday into Sunday, that normalization could bring some great fishing on the other side.
