Our opening video clip shows just how much bait is out there to greet anglers at the Jersey Shore heading into this first weekend of November. Of course, then means The Fisherman’s championship season – Dream Boat Fishing Challenge & Coastal Kayak Clash – is heading into the 9th and final inning. If you’re looking for a Dream Boat fish there are a few teen-sized bluefish around, or you might want to think about hitting the wrecks for porgies or sea bass. We run down the striped bass action north to south and take a quick look at jetty tautog before running through the freshwater options in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania area. Full moon on Tuesday, expect the fall striper run to kick into overdrive in the coming days!
