Albies Arrive Inshore As NJ Boat & Beach Blitz Begins
In this week’s video forecast for the New Jersey, Delaware Bay region, hit the beach as showcase a few of the blitzing false albacore just off the Ocean County beaches along the Jersey Shore. While North Jersey surfcasters have already dialed in to a few of these speedy little tunny, the action is popping up all over as schools of bait are getting harassed just outside of the breakers. With the passing of Henri offshore and on the downside of last Sunday’s full moon, it’s time to break out the metals and epoxy jigs to cast at these speedsters as they race along the beaches and inshore waters. Of course, with the late summer action hitting its stride it only means we’re in the homestretch of the 2021 New Jersey fluke season; with less than a month to go in the season at this point, some good fish are stacking up in deeper waters and along the wrecks and reef sites, making this the perfect time to go after that personal best doormat. All the details in this week’s full video forecast at the Jersey Shore.
