A Little Report On Big Tuna Possibilities
The Thursday morning NOAA Weather forecast looks good for the next few days with light winds and waves predicted along both the inshore and offshore waters. The question is, is this week of the Jersey Shore tuna explosion? Could it be another Triple Wrecks ’21 kind of madness? NJDEP makes the striped bass change official as of Sunday, and fluke action heats up along the Jersey Shore by boat and by shore. New reef deployment at Barnegat Light Reef last week, and late word is another is coming to Shark River Reef this weekend, to help get that one black sea bass into your bag this month! Sheepshead action has been great this season in the southern part of our region, and George takes us for a quick tour of the regional freshwater fishing with a report from the Pocono’s.
